About SSK Classes
A school built around the child in front of us
From a few classrooms in Kongaon to a full Nursery–Class 10 CBSE school, our promise has stayed the same: know every child by name, by strength and by dream.
Our story
Rooted in Kongaon. Reaching further every year.
SSK Classes began as a small coaching centre run by teachers who believed that children in Kalyan's growing neighbourhoods deserved patient, high-quality teaching close to home.
As families asked for more, we grew into a full CBSE school — adding a pre-primary wing, science and computer labs, a library and playing fields — without losing the warmth of those first small classrooms.
Today our students go on to top junior colleges across Kalyan, Thane and Mumbai. What they carry with them is not just marks, but a way of thinking: curious, disciplined and kind.

A letter to families
Dear parents and students, welcome. Every morning at the school gate I see the same thing: children who arrive a little sleepy and leave a little taller.
Our job is to make that growth intentional. We pair a strong CBSE academic programme with the things that shape a whole person — reading, sport, the arts, service and simple good manners.

How we got here
From forty students in a coaching room to a full CBSE school — the moments that shaped SSK.
The first classroom
SSK begins as an after-school coaching centre in Kongaon with three teachers and forty students.
A school is born
Primary classes open under a state-recognised framework, with a focus on English and mathematics foundations.
Pre-primary wing
Nursery, Jr. KG and Sr. KG open in a dedicated, play-based building.
CBSE curriculum
SSK adopts the CBSE curriculum and expands to the middle school years.
Learning never stops
Within a week of lockdown, every class moves online with live lessons and printed home kits.
Labs & library
New science and computer labs and a 6,000-book library open on campus.
First Class 10 board batch
Our first board batch graduates with a 100% pass rate.
The next chapter
A new sports ground and arts studio open as the school welcomes its largest-ever intake.
